***PARK PLACE MANAGEMENT RENTAL REQUIREMENTS*** Note: No section 8, your credit score must be at least 650 or above with no delinquencies, collections, evictions or bankruptcy. If you have bad credit your application will be automatically denied & we do not accept co-signers. PET DEPOSIT: Cats & Dogs; Small & Med. $500.00 & Large $800.00 ***NO CO-SIGNERS ACCEPTED*** 1. Must be employed for more than a year IN CA & with current employer and your monthly NET income must be at least twice the amount of the rent. 2. Signed and completed application for each qualified adult applicant (18 yrs & older). 3. Application fee of $35.00 for each applicant, payable to Park Place Management (exact cash, cashiers check, or money order ONLY), credit check fee is non-refundable 4. For your application(s) to be processed quickly, all the information must be filled in With correct telephone number(s) & contact names of your current employer and landlord or resident manager of current residence. 5. Copies of Government-issued photo ID and Social Security card for each adult. 6. Proof of income: 3 most current pay stubs from your employer or if self-employed we need the last 3 months of your bank statements and copy of recent tax returns for 2 years. 7. 1st month rent & Security deposit must be paid in money order or cashiers check only, no personal checks or cash will be accepted. 8. Pet breeds not permitted under any circumstances: Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans. Applications are processed by first come first serve basis.
